Safe Community
Feel safe to ask questions (even basic ones), and share your challenges. We have all been there, so don't fear ridicule or negative judgment. We have a collaborative environment where peer-to-peer teaching and learning should flourish, deepening understanding for everyone involved.
We will need you to participate, especially when you feel less confident. One of the most common reasons for not continuing with an ATC is a lack of 'authority'. We know it might not be easy for everyone, but we will teach you how to be confident and authoritative, through practice and successful application.
Online learning can sometimes feel isolating. A safe community provides a sense of belonging, mutual support, and encouragement. Learners can connect with peers facing similar challenges, share successes, and find motivation, which helps combat feelings of isolation and improves overall well-being and persistence in the learning journey.
